Jesus and his friends wanted to celebrate, so they rented a room that Jesus knew about. Everyone was there, even the guy who was going to turn him in. Jesus told everyone to eat the bread that was his body and to drink the wine that was his blood. This was the first communion. He was showing everyone how to do it. We do it every time at Mass. That's why we celebrate Mass instead of just go to church.
