Work through three retreats; feedback at Mass;input from the Discernment/Facilities and Futuring groups, and subgroups, our Commissions and focus groups - we have an updated nearly finished draft. We hope you will take the time to read and comment on it. At the end of the draft is a link to respond with comments, questions, and suggestions. Click here to download the plan as a .pdf file.
Called To Protect
The Archdiocese is sponsoring training for all individuals who are working in ministries that involve children or vulnerable adults. There are numerous trainings available throughout the Archdiocese. It is crucial that you attend one of these trainings to be able to continue your ministry. If you are not sure if this is necessary for whatever ministry area you work in, contact John Vance or Colleen Mulligan at 272-5136.Register at the Safe Environmentlink on the archdiocesan website. Wheels To Meals
Registration has opened for the Food Connection’s 3rd Annual Wheels to Meals fundraising bike ride on June 7th. Individuals and teams are encouraged to join us as we "fight hunger from the seat of our bikes." Teams are already being formed at Group Health, St. Patrick’s school, Bryant Montessori, and the University of Puget Sound. Team mates can choose different distances (20, 40, 50 and 70 mile options) since all the rides will start and end at the same location. For more information on forming a team visit us on the web at Wheels to Meals or contact Kevin or Malcolm at 383-5048, or e-mail kevin at keving@foodconnection.org.
